Andrew's Bio

Based in New York City, Andrew has been involved in Global Security, Supply Chain Management and Energy for the last twenty-five years.  As a past Chairman for the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) and a current speaker of the USGBC Speakers Bureau he has spoke on “green” topics, as well as counter terrorism, around the globe.  Specializing as a LEED AP source on bomb and blast mitigation, glazing, solar and lighting has afforded him the opportunity to speak on the U.S. Capitol Hill, Princeton University, The Trump Organization, Boeing,  PRSM, US Green Build and Eco Build, SB10 New Zealand to name a few.    As an energy consultant and credit provider for the American Institute of Architects (AIA), American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and Circle of Regional Excellence (CORE) he spends several days a month in front of todays “green” leaders.   Andrew is the founder of Cornerstone Energy Solutions and as the President and CEO still oversees projects for Fortune 50 companies.  In 2013 he became an owner partner in ESOLA Panama with several of Latin Americas top security and green experts and engineers.  Specializing in outdoor LED or Induction lighting, IAQ, window films, HVAC, smart controls and indoor lighting.

His schedule included SB11 Helsinki Finland/World Sustainable Building Conference, ECO Build Washington D.C., UAB NZGBC/Auckland, New Zealand, and the NFMT Conference 2012 in Baltimore, MD and Buildings NY in May 2012, Shanghai Energy, SUNY Sustainability 2013, Smart & Sustainable 2013, APATEL 2013, EXPO CAPAC Panama City, Panama 2013, Huper Optik Heritage 2014, World Energy Conference SB2015 Bangkok, PRSM 2015, ECO Green 15, CHESC 2018, CHARGE ICELAND 2019

The last thirty-six months he has overseen projects involving specifying, global security, financing, construction, glazing and energy savings measures at over fifty major universities globally as well as several major hoteliers.  Working as the intermediary between engineering, architecture, contractor and ESM manufactures such as Trane, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens and Turner Construction.
